What satisfied hunters say about their Chippewa Wedge-Loc Treestands

"....I want to say thanks for making the lightest, most portable stand I've ever hunted with... and also the quietest.

I've hunted this buck for three years in Illinois, and he's always given me headaches. On November 9th of 2007, I had moved my Chippewa Wedge-Loc Ghost where I had been seeing a massive 10-point. And at 6:10 AM, this 16-point non-typical showed up. I thought he would figure me out, but he didn't. I shot him at 8 steps from my tree. He ran 50 yards and collapsed in the bean field.

Thanks again,"

Bill S. "The Real Deal",

From an article published in the June/July 2008 issue of Traditional Bowhunter Magazine.

"...I was incredibly thankful for my new Chippewa Chief lock-on treestand. It was so lightweight and easy to hang that I did not mind packing it into this remote location, and as the sun moved I had easily jockeyed the stand around my tree seeking shade. The tree I was in had a mean crook, but a self-leveling feature on the stand allowed me to make the adjustment quietly and keep my platform level. After five hours in the tree, I was still relatively comfortable. Now, if only a hog would come down my trail I would be ready."

"Dear Terry, I recently attended a Professional Bowhunter Society (PBS) Convention in Pittsburgh. I recall the last gathering in 2006, and remember your generous donation of a treestand. Wanted you to know we appreciated the dontaion. I give you a recommendation at every opportunity and have mentioned my Chippewa Chief in several magazine articles."

Krista Holbrook,
Outdoor Writer

From an article by Dennis Anderson published in the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

"....In my never ending search for the best portable, lightweight stand, meaning a stand that can be placed quickly in a tree, and is easy to carry while bowhunting, I've settled on at least a couple of winners. One is the Chippewa Wedge-Loc. It's design is simple; the stand comes in various sizes and models; and it is easy to hang in a tree. Prices vary, but the quality seems always to be high..."

"...Was great to meet you folks at the Minnesota Deer Show. Thought you might enjoy seeing the article in the local paper that directed me to you. Havent' played much with my new stand, but will soon. Thanks.

"...I shot this 10-pointer in Central Wisconsin with my bow. I've shot four bucks - two 8-pointers and two 10-pointers - since 2001.

I love the Chippewa Wedge-Loc stand. It's the way to go!"

Randy K.,

"....A buddy photographed this 12-pointer on his trail camera before I had my chance at him. But I'm happier with this photo!"

Keith P.,

"...I love my Chippewa Tree Stands - the Ghost and the Quest. This is my third year hunting with Chippewa. I would not hang any other. 'Hook It, Hang It, Hunt It'..."

Al S.,
Yorkville, Illinois

"...Here is a photo of the deer I shot in Nebraska out of my Brutus Maximus last November. A 15-point with a 20-1/2 inch inside spread. He is truly a buck of a lifetime.

I like your stands
so much I'm going to buy another... I really swear by them. .."

Tony W.,
Omaha, Nebraska

"...I was referred by a friend. Excellent product!"

Steven M.,
Riverview, Michigan

"This is the second Brutus Maximus I have purchased. It is by far the best and easiest stand to put up. I have three other fixed position stands and none can compare with the ease and convenience of your system. If one is physically able to hook a piece of chain together, the stand is as good as hung. On my other stands I always use a second strap for safety and stability. That is not necessary on my Brutus Maximus. The Stik-Tites I have ordered, in combination with the Brutus Maximus should be a home run, especially for someone my age. I'm in excellent physical condition but I am 70 years old and I like to be able to hang a stand as easily and safely as possible and your products allow me to do just that.

Yours truly,
Pietro C., Franklin Square NY"

"...Thanks for bringing the accessories to the Madison show. Everything installed easily.

Here is a picture of the buck shot from my Brute last October. He never knew I was there...

Thank you,
Lowell K.,

"...I hunt from one of your stands now that I bought at the hunting show in Lansing about 8 years ago. It is the best stand I have ever owned and have shot a lot of deer from it. The Chippewa Wedge-Loc is extremely comfortable and sturdy. I am now looking for a larger platform and also have children that are starting to hunt. Thanks again!"

John Y.,
Addison, Michigan

"...I would just like to thank you for making such a great product.
On November 1, 2007 I took this beautiful 9 pointer, and my Chippewa Wedge-Loc was a big part of it. The versatility it gave me to move from one location to another and just hang it and hunt it was the reason I was in the right place at the right time. Thanks again!

"...Man, I bought a used Wedge-Loc from a friend that was sponsored by Lone Wolf.. Let me tell you.. The Chippewa Wedge-Loc is the best hang-on I've used!! I'm not a small guy but this thing is rock solid! Problem is I need more money to buy another.. lol.. I couldn't believe how stable it was.. Most stands sink forward for me.. This stand is top notch all around.. It worked wonderfully.
